Still Change does not bill through private insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. If you have out-of-network benefits, we can provide you with an invoice that you may submit to your insurance company.

You are responsible for the full cost of your treatment and payment is expected on the date of service.

An initial diagnostic psychiatric evaluation typically lasts 90 minutes and is billed at $540.00.

Psychotherapy (with and without medication management) sessions are scheduled for 50-55 minutes and are billed at $400/hour.

Medication management appointments are 20-25 minutes and are billed at $225 per session.

Since we do not accept insurance, you have the right to a good faith estimate of what your treatment may cost, and this will be discussed with you in full as you schedule your first appointment with Still Change LLC.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be billed at the full hourly rate unless other arrangements have been made directly with Still Change LLC.
