  • I am happiest working with a diverse range of patients. Having completed a general psychiatric residency as well as a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry I am able to meet you where you are, or meet your child or adolescent where they are. I enjoy bringing families together to achieve common goals.

  • Still Change is located at 326 Highway 133, Suite 190H in the Alpine Center building. This building is across the parking lot from the Alpine Bank in Carbondale.

    The office space is located on the south side of the building directly facing Mount Sopris. There are two green metal chairs outside of it.

    Please go into the door that says Suite 190 on the door, Suite H is to your right when you go in that door. There are a couple of waiting chairs inside to your left as you enter the door.

  • Still Change does not bill through private insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide you with an invoice that you may submit to your insurance company.

  • Since we do not accept insurance, you have the right to a good faith estimate of what your treatment may cost, and this will be discussed with you in full as you schedule your first appointment.

    An initial diagnostic psychiatric evaluation typically lasts about 90 minutes and is billed at $540.00.

    Psychotherapy (with and without medication management) sessions are scheduled for 50-55 minutes and are billed at $400/hour.

    Medication management appointments are 20-25 minutes and are billed at $225 per session.

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be billed at the full rate unless other arrangements have been made directly with Dr Furmansky.
